Data Protection Officer means a person designated by the controller or processor to perform the tasks set out in Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data and on Amendments to Certain Acts (hereinafter referred to as the "Act").
Profiling means any form of automated processing of personal data consisting of the use of such data to evaluate certain personal aspects relating to a natural person. In particular, it involves the analysis or prediction of aspects concerning the data subject's performance at work, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behaviour, location, or movements.
Cookies are small text files that are stored on Your computer or mobile device (tablet or phone) when You visit a website. When processing personal data, we proceed with maximum care and in full compliance with all statutory obligations and established procedures in the area of personal data protection. Archiving and Retention of Personal Data

After the termination of the contractual relationship and the fulfilment of all mutual obligations, we retain Your personal data for the period prescribed by applicable legal regulations, which is 10 years. This retention period is based on the provisions of Act No. 431/2002 Coll. on Accounting, as amended, and Act No. 40/1964 Coll. the Civil Code, as amended, which impose an obligation to retain relevant documentation for purposes of tax and legal protection.
Validity Period of Consent for Marketing Purposes
- In the event of an existing contractual relationship: If You have concluded a contract with the company PIX Creative and have given consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes, we consider such consent to be valid for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and subsequently for a period of 5 years following its termination, unless You withdraw it earlier.
- In the event of no contractual relationship: If You have not concluded a contract with the company PIX Creative but have given consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes, such consent shall be valid for a period of 5 years from the date of its grant, or until the moment of its withdrawal, should such withdrawal occur earlier.
Sources of Obtaining Personal Data
We obtain Your personal data exclusively from legitimate and transparent sources, in the following ways:
- Directly from You: You provide data to us voluntarily and directly when concluding a specific contract, as well as in necessary cases during its term for the purposes of proper fulfilment of contractual obligations;
- On the basis of Your consent: We obtain data in connection with Your voluntary, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes;
- From third parties: We may also obtain data from other authorised entities to whom You have granted consent for the processing of Your personal data, always in compliance with applicable legal procedures and principles of personal data protection.
Persons and Entities with Access to Personal Data
Access to Your personal data is strictly limited exclusively to authorised entities that require such data for the fulfilment of their legal or contractual obligations. These entities include:

Timeframe for Handling Requests and Question of Fees
We handle all Your notifications, inquiries, submissions, and complaints concerning the processing of Your personal data free of charge. However, the company PIX Creative reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee corresponding to administrative costs in the event that Your request is manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive, in accordance with Article 12(5) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
We address Your requests and submissions without undue delay. We provide a response no later than one month from the date of receipt of Your request. In view of the complexity or number of requests, we reserve the right to extend this period by a further two months. We will inform You in a timely manner and in writing of any such extension, as well as of the reasons for the delay.
