Creating a website for a company "Residencia"

Working with this customer to create a logo, we moved on to the next stage, the creation of a design website based on a new corporate identity.

Based on the wishes of the customer, the structure of the site was proposed, a prototype and design of the site was developed, which was adopted as a working concept and brought to a full-fledged design based on the 3D images of the future residential complex provided.

The simplicity of viewing all the buildings of the complex was thought out with the ability to select and view the schemes of all apartments that are available for sale, the opportunity to download and study the passport of the future apartment was realized.

An important goal was to be able to quickly apply for a reservation to purchase an apartment or book it for a preliminary inspection. The mobile version of the site was also thought out for convenient use on all types of devices.

The developer and the realtor were very pleased with the site, which turned out to be exactly what the client wanted. Comfortable, modern, practical, which, a month after the opening of sales, helped to sell half of all apartments.
