Creating a logo for a company "Residencia"

The developer of the residential complex Residencia pri kamne, required the development of a logo. The main task was to make a unique, creative logo that would reflect the features of the residential complex and emphasize its uniqueness.

It was decided to make several variants of the logo, based on the completed terms of reference by the customer. All versions are based on geometry, elements of geographical location near the water and ferry crossing over the Danube River, as well as the ecologically clean territory of the complex on the river bank at a sufficient distance from the city.

The customer chose a logo made in thin lines with the image of an anchor, a tree and geometric shapes – triangles representing the roofs of houses.

This logo has been tested on various elements of typography and in different colors and scales.

Bottom line: the client was very pleased with the work with our design team, the choice of the logo turned out to be very successful, it is noticed, it is remembered and remains in the memory of potential buyers.
